Con el apoyo de instituciones públicas y privadas, el Gobierno de Córdoba lanzó PROTUR

El Salón de Situación del Centro Cívico de Córdoba fue el escenario elegido para reunir al sector público y privado del ámbito hotelero, gastronómico, académico y de agentes de viajes. La expectativa por el lanzamiento de PROTUR quedó reflejada en la concurrencia como hace tiempo no se veía. Nadie se quiso perder la nueva herramienta que el gobierno provincial lanzó para fortalecer, mediante capacitación, a la industria del ocio y el entretenimiento.

Abrió la jornada el Director de área de Relaciones Institucionales en Agencia Córdoba Turismo, Gustavo De Figueredo, quien sintetizó los aspectos técnicos más destacados de la plataforma digital.

El Lic. Gustavo Santos presidente de la Agencia Córdoba Turismo se refirió a la nutrida audiencia agradeciendo “por estar nuevamente todos juntos y sumados a este nuevo desafío del equipo Córdoba, trabajando por este sector tan dinámico y tan importante para nuestra provincia. Cuando el Gobernador nos convocó a acompañarlo en esta gestión, en esta convocatoria nos comprometimos todos a seguir luchando por un sector que realmente es estratégico. Este es un sector que según nuestra Secretaría de Estadísticas y Censos genera 141.000 puestos de trabajo, entonces nuestra responsabilidad es seguir trabajando día a día para que el sector crezca. Y la mejor forma de hacerlo es entender que nuestros turistas son cada vez más exigentes y estar preparados todos para brindar y ofrecer cada día más. Los cordobeses lo vamos a hacer, lo estamos haciendo, vamos a seguir creciendo en este sector que no tiene techo”. Afirmó que “Haber reunido toda la oferta de capacitación en esta matriz que ofrecemos a Córdoba y a todo el país, es un logro. Gracias por estar juntos, y por seguir peleándola juntos en las buenas y en las malas, sobre todo”.

A su turno, el Gobernador José Manuel de la Sota cerró la jornada diciendo: “Tratamos que la gente nos vea como un destino turístico inolvidable, Córdoba de por si tiene de todo. Pero lo mejor que puede venir a ver la gente en Córdoba es a los cordobeses. Cuando se produce esta actividad conjunta entre sector público y privado tenemos que seguir empujando todos juntos el carro porque está dando resultado: los argentinos nos eligen, vienen acá”.

Destacó que “Córdoba tiene mucho para mostrar y por eso debe existir siempre la posibilidad de capacitarnos, por eso este PROTUR me parece una idea fantástica. Es una idea brillante de la Agencia, unir en una sola oferta toda la capacitación. Este sistema integrado nos va a permitir seguir fortaleciendo la industria turística, va a lograr que todos los establecimientos educativos, secundarios, terciarios y universitarios, puedan tener cursos específicos del rubro que nos permitan brindar más y mejores servicios. Siempre tuvimos a esta actividad como prioridad, canalizamos recursos del estado para que haya chicos y chicas que salgan con su diploma en la mano y que sepan que afuera hay un mercado laboral que los necesita y reclama”. Y señalando a la audiencia finalizó “Este producto turístico que hoy se pone en marcha va a tener el mejor de los futuros porque ustedes, gobierne quien gobierne, no lo van a dejar caer”.

 

El programa provincial de capacitación en turismo PROTUR es el primer sistema integrado de conocimientos aplicado por una provincia argentina y sincronizará a través de instituciones de todos los niveles educativos, la oferta de formación, articulando conocimientos, idiomas y tecnologías para que todos los cordobeses, de distintas edades, niveles de formación y grados de participación en actividades relacionadas al turismo puedan elevar su capacidad de servicio, su idoneidad en áreas de actuación específica y además, puedan incorporar formación complementaria.
